Day 1

Book in a Repair

Search our site for the repair that matches your device and condition and book it in. You can also request a custom repair quote if required.

Send us your device

You will receive an email with full instructions on where and how to send your device, don't forget to include the order details. The sooner you get it to us the sooner you'll have it back.

Day 2

We get your device

Once we have your device we will diagnose the fault and repair your device. We may contact you if the repair differs.

Day 3

We Send an Invoice

Once repaired we will send you an invoice via email.

Pay Invoice

Simply pay the invoice online with your preferred payment method.

Day 4

Device Shipped

Your device is shipped back to you fully tested using an insured tracked service.
