Do you see the same or similar image as shown here. If so, your device is in Recovery Mode and needs to be updated or restored using iTunes. You should always try an update first as this retains your data. If you're unsuccessful in restoring your device or more commonly get Error 4013 or 4014 then your storage chip (the NAND) is most likely faulty. We will replace the NAND and reprogramme it to retain WiFi, allowing you to recovery using iTunes or your iCloud backup. If we need to replace your NAND all data will obviously be lost as we are changing the chip it is stored on.
